Dining at James Republic Restaurant in Orange County
James Republic is a chic, airy restaurant located in Long Beach, California. You’ll find a comfortable dining room with open walls to the outdoors providing a warm SoCal breeze for you to enjoy while you eat the Modern California Coastal cuisine that James Republic serves.
The Menu at James Republic
The cuisine philosophy at James Republic has a focus on farm to table. The kitchen is chef-driven, meaning new menu items are constantly being offered depending on what’s in season and what can be found fresh locally. Those who like to know where their food came from before eating it can dine assuredly at James Republic.
The farm to table ingredients make up a menu that is rich in vegetables, including kale, brussel sprouts, and asparagus. You’ll also find grass-fed burgers on the menu alongside steak, chicken, and pork entrées from local farms. Vegetarians will love the plant-based entrée options, such as a grilled cauliflower steak. Seafood options are also available ranging from mussels to octopus to wahoo.
