Normandie Restaurant features contemporary French cuisine in an upscale design that evokes the romance of springtime in Paris, with a color palette reminiscent of cherry blossoms in full bloom. You can truly say Normandie Restaurant is the French quarter of the main dining experience on Celebrity Edge®. To add a note of nostalgia to the design, we’ve incorporated wood panels from the original SS Normandie restaurant that were featured aboard Celebrity Summit®. In Normandie Restaurant on Celebrity Edge®, you’ll enjoy regional European wines, unique cocktails, including Le Forum Cocktail (a perfectly proportioned blend of gin, vermouth, and Grand Marnier), tantalizing starters like the Alsatian Potato and Gruyere Tart, and main courses such as Cassoulet of Confit Duck. It’s refined, delicious, and oh so French.
