Our XcelerateSM Wi-Fi service means higher-speed internet at sea, so you can now share your sumptuous dinners and exciting shore excursions with friends and family around the world. Show off your stylish stateroom via FaceTime or Skype. Stream must-see shows from your favorite apps like Netflix. Use your smartphone, tablet, or laptop to connect, or use one of our workstations in the Celebrity iLounge, open 24 hours a day.


And now, we’ve improved the program, so you can connect up to four devices on one account, allowing you to instant message family and friends on board throughout your cruise. Currently Available on all Celebrity Ships, except ships based in the Galapagos.

Surf Internet Package

Our value-priced Surf Internet Package is for anyone who simply wants the ability to browse the web or use email and texting in-app functions.


This package does not have the ability to stream videos, send or receive photos, and does not include VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) technology such as FaceTime or Skype.


You can connect up to four devices*, all at once, on one Surf Internet Package. Available throughout the fleet, except on Galapagos sailings.

In-Stateroom Phone

Friends and family can contact the ship by calling 877-266-1020. From outside the U.S., they can call 321-953-9002. The cost is $7.95 USD a minute. This can be charged to their MasterCard® or Visa®. From outside the U.S. additional long distance charges will also apply. You can make ship-to-shore calls from your stateroom 24 hours a day. The cost is $7.95 USD per minute and will be automatically charged to your SeaPass account.

Cellular At Sea

Enjoy the convenience of cellular service at sea. You can access your wireless services on your device quickly and easily.


Rates for cellular service at sea are determined by your wireless carrier. Some wireless carriers offer cruise packages; prior to cruising contact your wireless carrier for details on the rates and plans available to you.


Once on board, the connection is automatic. You can place an important call, send a quick text to check on the pets or share your unforgettable cruise adventures with friends and family at home.

This is Celebrity's chic new approach to the Internet lounge that's also the first Authorized Apple® Specialist at Sea. Here, you'll find state-of-the-art MacBook Pros® and iMacs®. Take a class, check your email, surf the web, or print your boarding pass. Certified staff will help you master the latest applications. Learn how to get the most from tech devices like the iPhone®, iPad®, and MacBook Pro®—and, if you like, you can even purchase some of these items on your cruise.

Guests who have prepaid Internet plans must visit the Celebrity iLounge onboard to receive their promotion code before accessing the Internet. Staff are available during staffed hours and can perform basic troubleshooting to assist you in getting your device connected. However, staff cannot provide services for any hardware or software issues on your device.
