Celebrity River Cruises Priority Booking Access Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) govern the Celebrity River Cruises Ltd. (“Celebrity River Cruises”) Priority Booking Access Program (the “Program”), which allows eligible individuals to place a deposit (the “Deposit”) for the opportunity to make an advance reservation for one (1) stateroom on a future Celebrity River Cruises voyage (a “Priority Booking Access Reservation”). By placing a Deposit, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not proceed with placing a Deposit.  

 

Placing a Deposit does not create a reservation. It provides access to an early booking window ahead of the general public. To complete a reservation, you must follow the procedures provided by Celebrity River Cruises and comply with all applicable berthing policies and terms and conditions. All staterooms are double occupancy.

 

Eligibility 
To place a Deposit, you must: (a) be at least 21 years of age; (b) provide accurate and complete information as requested; and (c) complete full payment of the Deposit.

 

Deposit Amount 
Each Deposit is US $500 (or local currency equivalent) and applies to one (1) stateroom Priority Booking Access Reservation, subject to availability and Celebrity River Cruises’ sole discretion. Additional Deposits are required for additional reservations. The Deposit is fully refundable in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and is subject to change without notice.

 

Celebrity River Cruises reserves the right to confirm, deny, or cancel any Deposit, including in cases of suspected fraud or abuse. 

 

Deposit Confirmation 
Upon successful submission of all required information and full payment, you will receive confirmation of your Deposit.

 

Product Availability and Notification of Availability 
A Deposit provides access to make a reservation, not a guarantee of availability. Celebrity River Cruises does not guarantee that any specific voyage, stateroom, category, itinerary, or sailing date will be available. All reservations are subject to availability and Celebrity River Cruises’ sole discretion. 

 

Celebrity River Cruises will notify the Deposit holder or their travel advisor when one or more voyages become available for advance reservation. Captain’s Club Zenith members will be contacted first, followed by Elite Plus members, and then all remaining Deposit holders. The order in which Zenith members, Elite Plus members and other Deposit holders may be contacted shall be determined at the sole discretion of Celebrity River Cruises. Only the individual(s) named at the time of placing the Deposit will receive access to make a Priority Booking Access Reservation.  

 

Notification may be made via any contact method associated with your Deposit, including but not limited to email, phone, or other communication channels. It is your responsibility to ensure that your contact information remains accurate and up to date. 

 

Creating a Priority Booking Access Reservation 
Once notified of availability, you must follow the instructions provided to complete your reservation. All participants must comply with applicable berthing policies and terms. The Deposit will be applied to the reservation total. The reservation will be governed by the Cruise Ticket Contract/Booking Conditions then in effect, and applicable to your country of residence, including any refundability terms therein.

 

Forfeiture of Deposit 
If you do not complete a reservation within forty-five (45) days of notification, your Deposit will be forfeited and refunded to the original form of payment within fourteen (14) days.

 

Cancellations and Refunds 
You may cancel your Deposit at any time by contacting Celebrity River Cruises or your travel advisor. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within fourteen (14) days. Celebrity River Cruises may also cancel and refund Deposits if a voyage becomes unavailable.

 

General Provisions 

  • Communication: Celebrity River Cruises will communicate important updates through various contact methods. You are responsible for keeping your contact information current.

  • Limitation of Liability: Celebrity River Cruises and its affiliates shall not be liable for any incidental, special, or consequential damages. Your sole remedy is a refund of your Deposit. 

  • Changes to Terms: Celebrity River Cruises may update these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. Changes are effective upon publication.

  • Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. 

  • Dispute Resolution: Disputes are subject to the dispute resolution terms set forth in the Cruise Ticket Contract/Booking Conditions applicable to your country of residence, available at https://www.celebritycruises.com/guest-terms/.
