What to expect once onboard
Your key is on your stateroom door
Your stateroom will be ready by 1:30 pm, and you'll find your SeaPass (your room key) by the door.
Your SeaPass
Your SeaPass is your room key and is used for onboard purchases. It will be on your stateroom door by approximately 1:30 pm. Prior to obtaining your SeaPass, use your Xpress boarding pass for purchases. Your muster location for the mandatory emergency drill onboard is printed on your SeaPass.
Do your guest safety briefing digitally
You can complete most of your mandatory guest safety briefing right in the app. Once you're onboard, tap on "Learn about safety at sea." When you're done, just remember to stop by your assembly station - look on your SeaPass or the back of your stateroom door - for a quick check-in.
Stay on ship’s time
Activities, reservations, and port arrivals and departures are on ship’s time. Use the app for reference. It’s always set to ship time.

1. Turn on your Wi-Fi and connect to “WiFi-Guest”
2.Select “Access Internet” or type “login.com” in a browser.
3. Select "Create an Account” and enter your information.
4. Select “Activate Wi-Fi.” Please note, you will not be charged for this purchase.
If you have questions, please feel free to stop by Guest Services onboard.
Smoking areas
Smoking is permitted only on the ship’s outer decks in designated smoking areas. Smoking is not permitted on the Zodiac rafts or other transport vessels.
SeaPass account hold charge
You may notice a temporary hold on the credit card your SeaPass card is linked to. The hold is used to secure funds for anticipated onboard purchases, and will be released once your final charges are settled at the end of your cruise. Currency onboard is US dollars.
Using your onboard credits
If you purchased or received onboard credits, they will be posted to your account and can be used for any purchases onboard like shops, spa, photo, bars, specialty restaurants, shore excursions, internet or onboard gratuities. If you would like to use your onboard credit in the casino, please note that you will only receive promotional chips or slot play, which you will not be able to cash in.
Do I need to purchase Travel Insurance?
It is important that all guests take out appropriate international or cruise-specific travel insurance policies once a reservation has been made. Australian Medicare, New Zealand ACC and private health insurance will not cover you for any medical costs or emergency evacuations on board, even on domestic cruises. Insurance policies may also protect your personal possessions and valuables; provide cancellation cover if you miss the cruise or a pre-paid tour; and provide other forms of protection.
We recommend you contact Cover-More Insurance, or alternatively your travel advisor, or an independent insurance broker for details of suitable policies. Further information can be found at smarttraveller.gov.au
NEW CALEDONIA REQUIREMENT
New Caledonian immigration authorities have advised that guests who do not hold international travel insurance that covers medical costs, repatriation and other expenses, could be refused entry. We strongly recommend that guests purchase adequate international travel insurance for your cruise.
Limits, sub-limits, conditions and exclusions apply. Insurance administered by Cover-More Insurance Services Pty Ltd (ABN 95 003 114 145, AFSL 241713) on behalf of the product issuer, Zurich Australian Insurance Limited [ABN 13 000 296 640, AFSL 232507).
