Of course, there’s so much more to do than please your palate in the Mexican Riviera. You’ll be visiting some of the most iconic destinations on your journey—from the ever-popular Puerto Vallarta, a romantic beach village with big city style, to Mazatlán where the locals are as warm and inviting as the beaches. And of course, the world-famous Cabo San Lucas, the lively resort town at the tip of the Baja California Peninsula. Every stop along the way offers the best of beaching, snorkeling, deep-sea fishing, whale watching, and scuba diving as well as shopping along the cobbled streets in traditional old-towns or in upscale modern boutiques.
Celebrity Eclipse sails round-trip from Los Angeles and offers 6-night Cabo and San Diego escapes and 8-night Mexican Riviera sailings to Puerto Vallarta. This stunning area of the world has so much to offer. In 2023, we added to the excitement of these sailings by introducing a new port of call, La Paz, Mexico, and overnight stays in Cabo San Lucas—popular playground of the rich and famous. There’s never been a better way to discover the charm and beauty of one of the most alluring coastlines in the world.
Our 2023 Mexican Riviera sailings are open for booking now. No matter which itinerary you choose, you’ll discover that the Mexican Riviera is as delicious as it is inviting.
The capital of the Mexican state, Baja California Sur, La Paz was dubbed one of Time magazine’s “World’s Greatest Places” of 2021. Gracing the shores of the Sea of Cortez, this city has so much to offer. A paradise for the outdoor lovers, biking and hiking are popular activities. Or a walk along the three-mile long malecón that features stunning views of the city and sea, small parks, and inviting cafés. La Paz is a popular snorkel and dive site because the sea is teaming with underwater wildlife. The waters here are home to more than 800 species of fish and more than a third of the world’s marine mammals.
