The 2026 President’s Cruise brought guests together aboard Celebrity Xcel^SM for an unforgettable journey through the Mediterranean. We kicked things off in style with a pre-cruise gala under the Acropolis, then headed out to a Greek-inspired sail-away featuring the cast of Opa!, olive oil and honey tastings, and festive sway poles. The fun continued in Santorini at Royal Beach Club, where guests joined Celebrity Cruises® President Laura Hodges Bethge and her executive committee for a memorable hosted experience. And later that evening, Elite Plus and Zenith members gathered to mingle, take in a beautiful sunset, and sip Greek wines at Santo Wines before a spectacular drone show lit up the night sky. From beachside celebrations to exclusive wine experiences, Laura and her team organised an array of tours throughout the journey.

And there was plenty more waiting back on board. Guests rocked out to a Captain Kirk Matinee, caught a Bee Gees tribute, enjoyed a specially curated Triple Threat performance, and joined in our President’s Cruise cooking competition where they teamed up with Celebrity Executive Chefs in a fun culinary battle. The final sea day brought even more entertainment with the passion and artistry of Los Vivancos before the sailing wrapped with a Spanish-inspired farewell celebration—capping off a President’s Cruise filled with incredible destinations, exclusive experiences, and surprises from start to finish.
