Award-Winning Cruises to Fiji

Fiji is an exotic island located right in the middle of the South Pacific. Picture gentle aquamarine waves lapping gently at sandy beaches gleaming in the sunshine. In the distance, mountain peaks covered in bright green tropical foliage jut up into the blue sky. Seeing this incredibly gorgeous scenery appear on the horizon and get closer and closer as you arrive there on one of our cruise ships is an unforgettable experience.

The main allure of a Fiji cruise port of call is the sprawling tropical oasis that makes up most of the island. You’ll feel like you’ve docked in paradise when our shore excursions whisk you away from our luxurious ship in comfort to some of Fiji’s most spectacular sights. Our ship that calls in Fiji is Celebrity Solstice, which was the debut ship for our Solstice-class of ships, introducing the cruising world to many firsts such as the gorgeous Lawn Club, a space covered in real grass on the top deck.

Top Things to See During a Fiji Cruise

Fiji may seem like it just consists of beaches, reefs, and foliage, but it also has a thriving economy that you’ll see in the capital of Suva and other cities in Fiji. Still, it’s the nature and the views that draw most people to Fiji.

Nadi

Away from the big port city you’ll find Nadi, a highlight for many travelers on Fiji cruise itineraries due to its number of cultural activities. Watch folkloric performances and local artisans making their crafts. See and learn more about Fiji’s orchids, and find plenty of souvenirs to bring home with you.

Coral Reef

Fiji’s coral reefs are famous for their beauty and diversity. The reefs are home to 42% of earth’s coral species. Seeing these reefs while snorkeling, scuba diving, or even on a glass bottom boat is a popular thing to do during a cruise to Fiji.

Mud Pool

Lying at the base of Fiji’s Sabeto Mountain is a large geothermal mud pool next to bubbling hot springs. Both locals and visitors alike delight in taking mud baths here and covering every inch of their skin with the thick soil. The mud is believed to have therapeutic powers.

Fiji Cruise Ports

Fiji cruises stop in the port of Suva, which is a fun capital city to explore in its own right, but is also the gateway to Fiji’s lush landscape. Another Fiji cruise port of call is Lautoka, which is located on the other side of Fiji’s main island near Nadi. A few of the other island destinations you may visit on the way to and from Fiji are the Bay of Islands in New Zealand, Apia in Samoa, Pago Pago in American Samoa, and Vavau and Nuku’alofa in Tonga.
