MAKE THE MOST OF YOUR ONBOARD CREDIT

Any onboard credits that you receive in addition to the credits that came with your initial ticket purchase will post to your account within 24 hours of embarkation. You can make purchases using these credits immediately after boarding. The credits will automatically be applied toward any purchases you make once posted to your account. For guests that have both refundable and non-refundable OBCs, the vessels will exhaust the Complimentary (non-refundable) OBC values before deducting from the Purchased (refundable) OBCs.

Onboard credit can be used for many onboard purchases including:

• Shore Excursions
• Specialty Dining
• Beverages
• Shopping
• Spa treatments
• Photography
• Wi-Fi

Onboard credit cannot be applied to medical costs for any treatments you might need while on the ship. It also cannot be used as a deposit for any future cruises booked at the future Cruise Vacations desk.

Onboard Credit cannot be applied towards any part of the cruise fare, including the All Included package. However, it can be utilised for separate pre-cruise purchases of full drinks packages and Wi-Fi packages.

If you are booked under the All Included package you can use your onboard credit to purchase an upgrade to the premium drinks package. This elevated package includes an enhanced selection of cocktails, spirits, beers and wines up to the value of $17 per serving as well as premium sodas, coffees and teas.

Before the final day of the cruise, if you have unused onboard cruise credt, you can head to guest relations and give it as a tip to a crew member onboard who helped make your cruise a truly wonderful experience.

Onboard credit can be used in our onboard Casinos. For table games, present your SeaPass card to use your onboard credit. For Slot Machines, insert your SeaPass card into the slot machine and select "onboard credit" as the payment method. The minimum bet is $0.01, and any winnings can be kept. A 5% transaction fee will be added to your Sea Pass card.

You must use your credits by 10pm on the last evening of their cruise. Onboard Credits have no cash value, and no refunds will be given for any unused credits. Unused credits are those that are not used by 10pm on the last evening of the cruise.

There are two types of onboard credit, complimentary or purchased. Complimentary onboard credits are non-refundable, whereas purchased onboard credit is refundable to you prior to leaving the ship.
