Price Match Policy

We want to ensure you get the best possible fare when booking your cruise. With our Price Match Policy, if you find your fare advertised at a lower rate, we will match it.

To request a price match, call 0344 493 2043 and speak to a member of our Personal Cruise Concierge team.

Please note that proof of the lower fare must be emailed to your Personal Cruise Concierge on the same day the booking is made for the price match to be applied.

In order for a price match to be applied, the following requirements must be met:

 

  • This policy only applies to new direct bookings, and the lower fare must be bookable in the UK and Ireland only.
  • The cruise-only or fly-cruise package must be identical (same ship, sail date, duration, stateroom category, airport, currency, pre- and post-stays, etc.) and based on gross retail pricing only.
  • Proof of the lower price must be submitted to Celebrity Cruises and must be available for booking at the time of the request.
  • The fare must be publicly advertised and available to the general public. It excludes group rates, senior discounts, membership programs, charters, or other travel agent promotions not offered by Celebrity Cruises to the general public.
  • The price will be matched in the form of a savings, which can be a maximum of 10% of the cruise fare. The final value offered will be determined by Celebrity Cruises.
  • The price match savings are non-refundable and non-transferable. Any significant changes to the booking will result in the removal of the price match savings, at the discretion of Celebrity Cruises.
  • Pricing claims that cannot be independently verified by Celebrity Cruises will not be accepted.
  • The price match is only valid at the time of booking.
