Price Match Policy

We want to ensure you get the best possible fare when booking your cruise. With our Price Match Policy, if you find your fare advertised at a lower rate, we will match it.

To request a price match, call 0344 493 2043 and speak to a member of our Personal Cruise Concierge team.

Please note that proof of the lower fare must be emailed to your Personal Cruise Concierge on the same day the booking is made for the price match to be applied.

For a price match to be applied the following requirements must be met:

• The Price Match policy only applies to new direct bookings and the lower fare must be bookable in the UK & IRL only.
• The cruise only or fly cruise package must be identical:
• Ship, Sail date, duration, stateroom category, Airport, Currency, pre and post stays, identical amenities attached (Onboard Credit, Drinks, Gratuities, Wifi) and based on gross retail pricing only.
• Proof of the price must be submitted to Celebrity Cruises and must be available for booking at the time of the request.
• The price must be on publicly advertised fares available to the general public and excludes group rates, membership programs, military or blue light discounts, charters or other Travel Agent promotions not offered by Celebrity Cruises to the general public.
• The price will be matched in the form of a saving applied which can have a value of maximum of 10% of the cruise fare. The value offered will be determined by Celebrity Cruises.
• The price match savings is non-refundable, non-transferable, any significant changes to the booking will mean the price match saving will be removed which is at the discretion of Celebrity Cruises.
• Pricing claims that cannot be independently verified by Celebrity Cruises shall not be accepted.The price match is only valid at the time of booking.

Best Price Policy

We want you to book your cruise for the best possible fare, so if you see your booked itinerary advertised at a lower price or an improved promotional offer within 2 days of booking directly with us, we’ll match it as part of our “Best Price” policy.

For a Best Price to be applied the following requirements must be met:

• The Best Price policy only applies to new direct bookings and the lower price or an improved promotional must be bookable in the UK & IRL only.
• The cruise only or fly cruise package must be identical:
• Ship, Sail date, duration, stateroom category, Airport, Currency, pre and post stays, and based on gross retail pricing only.
