Where and When to Get Your Test
Most local pharmacy chains offer COVID-19 Testing and most county or state websites can help you find a local public testing site. You can also go to a doctor’s office, diagnostic lab, or telehealth provider to get your test.
Some additional things to keep in mind when scheduling your test:
Concierge Testing Service - (For U.S. Guests Only)
Bioreference - Scarlet Concierge Service: In partnership with Bio-reference a concierge testing option is available for our fully vaccinated guests. Bio-reference will send a qualified medical technician to your home, office, hotel, or any place you choose, to perform the test. The cost is $85 per person. Please note, appointment times must be booked individually for each guest even when booking for a family. Multiple people booking from the same location will be tested together and will not have to wait for their specific selected appointment time. Concierge Testing Service is available in most major metropolitan areas within the United States. Please be sure and input the address of your desired testing location to check availability.In order to obtain testing results prior to embarking the ship we highly recommend guests schedule their appointment as soon as possible, for two days prior to embarkation, not including the actual day the ship sets sail. Therefore, if the guest is sailing on a Saturday, they should schedule their test for Thursday.

U.S. addresses only. Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska, or shipping over a U.S. federal holiday, will add one business day to shipping timeline.
By when should I order my home test kit? Do the test kits have an expiration date?
Your test kit should arrive typically within 7 days that following your order date. For the best shipping experience, we recommend placing your order at least a full week before the day you plan to take your test. The exact expiration date varies depending on the production date for the allotment being shipped at the time of your order. The product description on the online store front is updated regularly to reflect the most current expiration date for the allotment you are ordering from. Please review the product description prior to placing your order to ensure the current allotment does not expire prior to your intended testing date.
Is there a telemedicine or telehealth test option that is recommended for my pre-cruise COVID-19 test?
For fully vaccinated guests only, we accept self-administered, FDA-authorized COVID-19 tests taken under live video supervision by a telehealth representative.

More About the Test Kit
The Abbott BinaxNOW™ COVID-19 Ag Card Home Test is an FDA-authorized rapid antigen home test that, when combined with eMed Telehealth Service, can be used by fully vaccinated guests to fulfill their pre-cruise test requirement.
Your test kit includes a personal virtual visit with an eMed Certified Guide who will help you properly administer the test and verify the result. Your eMed Labs result report is provided via email and can be printed or displayed on your mobile device on boarding day.
How It Works:
Providing Your Results On Departure Day
You will present your negative test result at the terminal upon boarding. Print out your results for easy access, as you may need to present it at various points. We will also accept a valid results document presented on your phone.
