Updated Guidance for Cruises Departing the U.S.

(Excluding Sailings that Visit Canada and Bermuda)

We are currently developing updated protocols that provide for the continued safety of our guests, crew, and the communities we visit, better align with practices throughout the travel and hospitality sector, and meet destination regulations. This means we’re transitioning to the point where everyone will be able to vacation with us.

If your U.S. sailing departs August 8, 2022 or later, please refer to the updated guidelines for these sailings here.

While On Board

Our enhanced cleaning and sanitization protocols and enhanced medical center set a new industry standard.

100% Fresh, Filtered Air

HVAC system continuously supplies and filters 100% fresh, filtered air to all spaces. You can breathe easy knowing the robust system’s layers of protection make the transmission of aerosol particles between spaces extremely low to virtually impossible.

While Ashore

To minimize COVID-19-related health risks to you, our crew members, and the communities we visit, we monitor the ports of call on your itinerary regularly. We consider several factors when determining if it's safe to leave the ship and go ashore – the prevalence of COVID-19 in the area, whether testing is available, and how easy it is for the locals to get vaccinated.

24/7 Medical Care

We've made our high-quality onboard medical care stronger than ever, with more doctors and nurses on each ship and state-of-the-art equipment enhancements. And in the event of a suspected case of COVID-19, we're fully prepared with medical evaluations, rapid testing, and more critical care on each ship.

Getting Home

Should you test positive for COVID-19 onboard during your cruise, you have access to our onboard medical facilities, and you have the option to stay onboard until you test negative; or, if you prefer to disembark at the end of your sailing, our team will help with information on land-based hotel or commercial flights options.
