Our value-priced Surf Internet Package is for anyone who simply wants the ability to browse the web or use email and texting in-app functions.
This package does not have the ability to stream videos, send or receive photos, and does not include VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) technology such as FaceTime or Skype.
You can connect up to four devices*, all at once, on one Surf Internet Package. Available throughout the fleet, except on Galapagos sailings.
Friends and family can contact the ship by calling 877-266-1020. From outside the U.S., they can call 321-953-9002. The cost is $7.95 USD a minute. This can be charged to their MasterCard® or Visa®. From outside the U.S. additional long distance charges will also apply. You can make ship-to-shore calls from your stateroom 24 hours a day. The cost is $7.95 USD per minute and will be automatically charged to your SeaPass account.

This enhanced security system is established by your email provider and they may require you to enter some extra information, such as verification codes or answers to security questions, in order for you to gain access to your email account. The Internet onboard is provided by a satellite connection which directly affects the speed and bandwidth.
Applications that require a dedicated connection and heavy bandwidth may not be supported. This includes, but is not limited to: video calling, Virtual Private Networks (VPN), and Remote Desktop. Wireless Access on the Celebrity Xpedition is limited to certain hotspots in public areas. Internet access is available until the morning of debarkation. Access to workstations may be limited during class presentations.
Pricing on certain plans and packages may vary by ship according to itinerary. Guests who have prepaid Internet plans must visit the Celebrity iLounge onboard to receive their promotion code before accessing the Internet. Staff are available during staffed hours and can perform basic troubleshooting to assist you in getting your device connected. However, staff cannot provide services for any hardware or software issues on your device.
