Southeast Asia covers a large mass of land home to many cultures, languages, countries, and cuisines, including Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, Singapore, and many others. Curries, stir-fry, noodle soups, and nourishing broths, satay, and sticky rice are often on the menu, and many meals are shared family-style in the region.
