satay
Satay or sate is a grilled meat skewer served with peanut sauce. Satay can be made with beef, pork, fish, other meats, or even tofu. To make the sauce, combine peanuts or peanut butter, coconut milk, soy sauce, tamarind, garlic, and spices like coriander and cumin.
