Lumpia is a popular Filipino spring roll that’s also found in Indonesia and can be either sweet or savory. Savory lumpia is filled with cabbage, carrots, pork, and shrimp. Sweet lumpia is filled with a banana and brown sugar mixture. Both can be served hot or at room temperature.
