How do I join Blue Chip Club?
When enrolled in Captain's Club and using your SeaPass card while gaming, guests will be auto-enrolled in the Blue Chip Club Rewards Program. To ensure that you receive Blue Chip Club communications and casino offers, please make sure your marketing permissions are active and your email address is up to date. How do I earn Blue Chip Club status and benefits?
Blue Chip Club tier status is determined by the number of Tier Credits earned throughout the twelve-month annual earning period, August 1 through July 31. During the annual rewards program year, Tier Credits accumulate and add up to elevate your tier status. Guests will not earn Tier Credits on promotional chips or FreePlay.

How do I earn Tier Credits?
Tier Credits are earned by gaming in the casino and using your SeaPass card on qualifying slot machines and/or table games. Simply insert or tap your SeaPass card while playing at the slot machines and present to the casino staff at table games. Earn 1 Tier Credit for every $5 wagered on a reel slot machine or $15 wagered on a video poker machine. Tier Credits earned playing table games are based on the type of game, average bet and how long you play.
Do my Blue Chip Club points have any value?
When gaming onboard with your SeaPass card, guests will earn Tier Credits to elevate their tier status with Blue Chip Club. Tier status allows guest to enjoy cruise planning benefits, as well as other benefits and perks while onboard. Guests will also earn Reward Points that can be downloaded as FreePlay or applied as a credit to your onboard folio. Minimum points are required to apply as onboard folio credit. How do I apply the value of my Blue Chip Club points earned during a sailing?
Reward Points can be downloaded at the slot machines for FreePlay. To use Reward Points at table games, visit the Casino Cashier onboard to redeem for Non-Negotiable chips. To redeem your Reward Points as onboard credit to be applied to your folio, see the Casino Host onboard.
Will I be able to achieve a higher Blue Chip Club tier during the course of a cruise?
Tier Credits earned during the sailing may tier you up to the next level. Guests will enjoy the new tier level benefits on their very next cruise with their newly earned status.
Will I be invited to all Blue Club VIP events?
Invitations to VIP events or Blue Chip Club offers vary depending on your tier status and/or gaming activity, and are subject to availability.
How will the onboard staff know which Blue Chip Club tier level I have?
Your Blue Chip Club tier level will be visible on your SeaPass card, which will allow crew members and other guests to recognize your tier level.
Will there be reciprocal recognition with Royal Caribbean's Club Royale?
At this time, Royal Caribbean's Club Royale Rewards Program and Celebrity Cruise’s Blue Chip Club do not offer reciprocal benefits or status.
Will Ruby tier Blue Chip Club members have access to Michael's Club and Retreat Lounge?
Access to suite lounges or The Retreat is reserved only for guests booked into a Sky Suite and above.

Can I set up a credit line with the Casino prior to boarding?

Can I use my SeaPass® to withdraw money to buy chips in the Casino?
Yes, Cashless Wagering is available for your convenience at The Casino. You can use your SeaPass® card in the casino to charge directly to your folio account. The convenience fee is waived for Blue Chip Club members with Amethyst, Sapphire, Sapphire Plus, or Ruby status. A valid credit card is required. Please see a Casino Host for additional information.
Are there ATMs onboard?
ATMs are located near the Guest Relations/Services Desk onboard. ATMs are also located in the Casino area. On Celebrity Edge class, ATMs are located on Deck 4 by the forward elevators (opposite to "The Club") and adjacent to the Casino on Deck 4.
Are drinks free while I am playing in the Casino?
Yes! As a Blue Chip Club benefit, complimentary drinks are available in the casino during operating hours for Onyx, Amethyst, Sapphire, Sapphire Plus, and Ruby guests.
Can casino reward points earned through Blue Chip Club be transferred through the Points Choice program?
No. Reward Points earned with casino gaming are only applicable for redemption in the Blue Chip Club Rewards Program.
When I book a sailing with a casino offer, do I earn Captain's Club loyalty points? Can Captain's Club loyalty points earned be transferred using the Points Choice program?
Yes. Loyalty membership points earned from eligible casino sailings , on select promotions, can be transferred between Royal Caribbean Crown & Anchor, Celebrity Cruises Captain’s Club, and Silversea Venetian Society by using the online transfer form here. Restrictions apply.

A Win/Loss Statement is a gaming activity statement providing an estimated accumulation of net win/loss, recorded in the ships’ player tracking system when a guest uses their SeaPass® card while gaming at slot machines and table games.
Celebrity Cruises Win/Loss Statement will provide the estimated consolidated gaming activity on slot machines and table games, for a calendar year, when a guest uses their SeaPass® card. The statement will display the estimated summarized net win/loss for that year. The net win/loss will include all estimated winnings, including W-2G hand paid jackpots, and all losses for all activity recorded in ships’ player tracking systems for the year requested. It will not include table games, such as Texas Hold em’ poker or machines that do not accept a SeaPass® card for tracking. Any promotional gaming activity such as tournament entry fees, FreePlay or Rewards Point redemptions will not be included in the Win/Loss Statement.
Win/Loss Statements are based on individual gaming activity of each guest when properly inserting or tapping your SeaPass® card at slot machines and presenting your SeaPass® card to the dealer at table games.
Win/Loss Statements are not submitted to the IRS. Win/Loss Statements are not official tax documents and do not constitute a complete and accurate accounting record of gaming activity.
Win/Loss Statements for the current year will be available to download on or after January 31st of the next year. Win/Loss Statements are available for the past five years.
What is a W-2G?
W-2G is a form issued to US Citizens and Residents and reported to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) for winnings described below:
Individual slot machine jackpot of $2,000.00 USD or more
Bingo session win totaling $1,200.00 USD or more
Single table game payout carrying odds over 300 times the wagered amount
Win a Lotto amount exceeding $600.00 USD but less than $5,000.00 USD
Are W2G forms issued after winning money at sea?
While the Casino is open in US Territorial or International waters, all US Citizens or Residents will be issued a W2G form and required information will be reported to the US Internal Revenue Service for the following events:
