baklava
Baklava is a Greek pastry confection made with many layers of phyllo dough and a mixture of walnuts, sugar, honey, cinnamon, and vanilla. Once baked and crispy, baklava is drenched all over in a honey syrup and cut into squares or diamond shapes.
