As President and CEO of Royal Caribbean Group, Jason stewards this leading vacation company and its world-class brands including Royal Caribbean, Celebrity Cruises and Silversea, as well as 50% ownership of a joint venture in TUI Cruises which operates two German brands, Mein Schiff and Hapag-Lloyd Cruises. The Group’s global fleet of 68 ships sails to all seven continents propelled by nearly 100,000 employees from more than 130 countries.

Since becoming CEO in 2022, Mr. Liberty has led the Group’s next phase of growth, including the launch of world-class new ships, exclusive destination experiences, and a bold new venture into river cruising with Celebrity River Cruises, all ushering in the future of vacations.

He previously served as Chief Financial Officer for nine years and held multiple senior leadership roles during his more than two decades with the company. Prior to joining the Group, he worked at KPMG, one of the world’s leading professional services firms.

Mr. Liberty holds an accounting degree from the University of Miami Herbert Business School; a Master’s Degree in Finance from Indiana University; and an MBA from the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill, Kenan-Flagler Business School, where he serves on the Board of Advisors. He also serves as Chairman of the Board for the Cruise Line Industry Association (CLIA) and on the Board of Directors of WNS Limited, a business process management public company headquartered in Mumbai, India.
