kjötsupa
Kjötsupa is a traditional Icelandic long-cooking lamb soup full of potatoes, carrots, and rutabagas with only light seasoning added. The lamb is used bone-in to create a more flavorful broth. Some versions of kjötsupa add brown rice or oats to thicken the soup.
