laal maans
Laal maans is a mutton curry dish from the Rajasthani region. Meat is cooked in a deep-red sauce made of hot red chilies, lots of garlic and spices, and yogurt. Chapati bread is served with laal maans to sop up the delicious sauce and somewhat cool the heat.
