cheesecake
Cheesecake is an ancient dessert that was first served to Greek Olympians for strength. In Mediterranean cultures, cheesecake is made with ricotta or another soft cheese, yogurt or sour cream, sweetened with honey, and baked. In the U.S., cheesecake is made with cream cheese, eggs, and sugar, poured into a graham cracker crust, and baked.
