apam balik
An apam balik is a fluffy peanut pancake from Southeastern China and Taiwan. Apam balik is made with flour, water, baking soda, sugar, eggs, peanuts, and butter, cooked as a pancake on both sides, then filled with sweet ingredients like creamed corn, folded over, and eaten as dessert.
