Diana Hubbell is a two-time James Beard Award-winning journalist who has been covering food and travel across four continents for more than a decade. Previously an editor at Atlas Obscura and Travel + Leisure Southeast Asia, she has also written for publications including The Washington Post, The Guardian, Condé Nast Traveler, Saveur, VICE, Architectural Digest, Eater, Esquire, and WIRED, among others. Although she is currently happy to call New York City home, she previously lived in Berlin and Bangkok.
