If you booked your cruise directly with us, the combination of travel services offered to you is a package within the meaning of the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations. Therefore, you will benefit from all EU rights applying to packages. IMPORTANT NOTICE TO GUESTS: The Cruise Ticket Contract or Booking Conditions contain important limitations on the rights of passengers, including provisions relating to limitation of liability, forum selection, governing law, and the use of alternative dispute resolution to resolve certain types of disputes.
