Guest feedback is collected via online survey. All sailed guests over the age of 18 who have provided us with their email address at the time of booking receive an email invitation to participate ¡n an online Guest Satisfaction survey on the day their sailing ends.

The online survey takes 10-15 minutes to complete all questions. The survey will be emailed to guests around mid-day, eastern time on the day their cruise ends. The survey is live for 7 business days. After the 7th day, the link is no longer available.
