How will guests be able to reserve appointments pre-cruise?

Celebrity guests who have booked a cruise may reserve and pay for spa services on the Celebrity website via the ‘already booked’ pre-cruise platform.

How far in advance can guests reserve pre-cruise?

A.

Celebrity guests may pre-book spa, salon, Ideal Image® Ocean Advanced Med Spa services, acupuncture and fitness services 6 months prior to their cruise up to 3 days prior to embarkation.

Can guests use their promotional OBC for pre-cruise purchases for the Spa?

A.

Yes, guests can use their existing OBC towards all PCP products

What are the treatments available exclusively onboard Celebrity Edge?

A.

The Spa on Celebrity Edge will be the first at sea to offer a collection of advanced treatment tables, including the MLX Quartz, Spa Wave MLW Amphibia and the WellMassage4D®. Celebrity Edge will be the first in the fleet to feature the Hot Mineral Body Boost and Power Poultice Muscle Release. The WellMassage4D® will be the first table of its kind at sea, featuring the Zero Gravity Immersion Massage. The Spa will also be the first in the fleet to feature the Salt Stone Therapy, Oncology Massage, and a comprehensive menu of Pain Management services that include acupuncture, posture analysis, meditation and functional stretch.

Celebrity’s Kérastase Institute (The Salon), a first at sea, will feature the Aura Botanica ritual and Chronologist color enhancing rituals exclusively for Celebrity Edge.

Are there any multiple treatment packages available?

The Spa on Celebrity Edge will feature spa packages that give our guests the freedom to create their own Signature Spa Service experiences at a discounted price.

What items are provided for guests using the SEA Thermal Suite?  Robes/Slippers/shower caps/etc.?

A.

All SEA Thermal Suite guests receive robes and slippers to use during their visit for their comfort.

What amenities/venues do we provide for AquaClass® guests?

A.

AquaClass® guests receive complimentary access to the SEA Thermal Suite and the relaxation lounge, dining in Blu Restaurant, a personal Spa Concierge, and priority check-in upon embarkation.

The comforts of AquaClass extend to your stateroom as well. AquaClass Infinity VerandaSM staterooms are a sanctuary for the modern traveler, with savories and tea service available daily in your room, and a welcome bottle of sparkling wine waiting for you when you arrive.

Enjoy spa-inspired stateroom touches such as aromatherapy diffusers, AquaClass exclusive loofah slippers and plush bathrobes, a Hansgrohe shower panel, and pillow menus.

Is there an age restriction for the Spa or Fitness Center?

A.

Spa guests must be 18 years of age or older to experience spa services and the SEA Thermal Suite. Teens, ages 13-17, must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to receive services from our teen menu. A teen spa waiver and swimsuit is required.

Fitness Center guests must be 16 years of age or older to use the facilities. Teenagers and children are welcome to enjoy the running track on the open deck. Guests 16 years of age and older will have full gym access between 6am to 10pm daily as well as a diverse range of complimentary fitness classes.

Is there an age restriction for the Solarium Pool located near the Spa?

Yes, the Solarium Pool is reserved for Adults only, or 18 years and older.

There is no cover charge for the AquaSpa Café as it’s one of the complimentary dining venues.

The Spa and Fitness Center is fully ADA compliant.

What are the hours of operation for the Spa?

The Spa is open daily from 8am to 10pm.

The Fitness Center opens at 11am on embarkation days and then from 6am to 10pm daily.

Are there bottle refilling stations in the Fitness Center?

Water fountains are available in the Fitness Center as well as bottled water and other light beverages for purchase either a la carte or as part of select beverage packages.

Are there any complimentary activities/venues in the Spa or in the Fitness Center?

The Spa will feature daily complimentary activities from Fitness Classes, Educational Seminars, and Social Events. Event and activity information will be available in the daily program.

The Fitness Center will provide guests with a minimum of 4 complimentary classes daily, ranging from body strength, cardio circuit classes, guided meditation and breathing. A series of workshops will be available throughout the cruise covering topics pertaining to nutrition, exercise and wellbeing. .

The Spa on Deck 14 on Celebrity Edge is 13,907 sq. feet. The Fitness Center on Deck 15 is 8,481 sq. feet for a combined total of 22,388 sq. feet.

We’ve redesigned the main dining experience to include not one but four complimentary main restaurants.  All four restaurants will offer the same award-winning menu items that our guests know and love that change nightly, plus each restaurant will feature new and Exclusive dishes inspired by a specific region of the world.  The design and ambiance of each dining room also showcases the specific restaurant concept.  Guests will have more choices than ever before.

Is this Dynamic Dining? How is it different than Dynamic Dining?

No, this is not Dynamic Dining, this is Celebrity Select Dining Plus. We’re offering guests everything they know and love about Celebrity Main Dining. We are simply giving our guests more choices than ever before.  With Traditional Dining and Celebrity Select Dining Plus, we have a dining option to meet everyone’s preference.  It is that simple – pick your restaurant and your time and enjoy.

Will you rotate through the dining rooms?

A.

Guests will not automatically rotate through the dining room, but they have the option to if they so choose through Celebrity Select Dining Plus.

Will Celebrity still offer Select Dining?

A.

Yes, Celebrity will continue to offer the brand’s Celebrity Select Dining option, but because guests now have four restaurants to choose from, Celebrity renamed it Celebrity Select Dining Plus. This option allows guests to dine when and where they’d like each evening. They can make reservations in any of the four restaurants, if they know they want to eat at a specific time and restaurant, or they can simply show up and enjoy dinner on their own time. The choice as to how guests plan their evening meals is, as always, up to them.

Why did we make this change to our Main Dining Experience?

A.

We’ve designed this culinary experience around what our guests told us they want, and what we know works.  Space and seating in 4 main restaurants allows us to have flexibility based on demand and more amazing options for our guests.  Now when our guests sail on a 7 or 10-night cruise, they will have more variety with four main dining rooms to choose from. We have more capacity than ever before to deliver everything that our guests want – the best culinary experience at sea, period.  No one does it better than Celebrity.

How do I make my Dining reservations?

A.

While booking your cruise vacation, you can select Traditional Dining, (early or late seating).  You will receive an email confirmation with your reservation assignment. 

If you prefer to select your dining time and restaurant, you can make your dining preference selections, after you have a booking number, in Cruise Planner accessed through Celebrity.com. 

Q.

Am I required to make reservations on a nightly basis?

A.

Reservations are highly encouraged prior to boarding your cruise; however, they are not mandatory.  If you prefer to leave the planning to us, make no selection at all, and we’ll provide a booking time and restaurant for you.
