Lángos, Hungarian fried bread, is a dough of flour, yeast, salt, and water, much like pizza dough, kneaded and formed into rounds. After deep-frying, lángos is topped with savory ingredients like grated cheese, sour cream, bacon, onion, or parsley, or sweet ingredients like confectioner’s sugar or jam.
