ga’at
Ga’at is an Ethiopian barley or wheat porridge also called genfo or akelet. The porridge is shaped into a mound with a hole in the middle to hold a rich butter, pepper, and berbere sauce. Ga’at is often a breakfast food, served with a yogurt sauce on the outside.
