Blue Grotto Boat Trip & Marsaxlokk, VT14, Valletta, Malta
Depart quayside & go thru Maltese villages towards south side of island Blue Grotto. View natural rock structures of Wied iz Zurrieq. Time for photos. Proceed down hill to begin boat trip to caves & coral formation under sea. After boat trip, free time give before going by coach to Marsaxlokk fishing village where you'll have time for shopping. Return to ship. Note: must walk approx 600 yds over very uneven surfaces at cliffs many steps to reach boat boarding area. Exact itinerary & cave viewing dependent upon wind & weather conditions. Have approx 45 mins for shopping. Walking in Marsaxlokk is at guests' discretion. Drive to/from port is approx 45 min.

Swimming with Dolphins, VT05, Valletta, Malta
Before entering water, you are briefed by trainers about dolphin behavior & biology & basic guidelines of program. You will view brief dolphin presentation where you are introduced to some dolphins' behavior. Participants are divided into groups of 12 before entering aquatic domain. Proceed with approx 30-min swim program that includes touching dolphins in their environment. Refreshments & free time follow. You might have chance to enjoy 30-min show (parrot, sea lion, or dolphin) before return to ship. Note: must be 8 yrs of age & min of 4 feet tall to participate. Pregnant women are not permitted. Not for guests confined to wheelchairs. Participants required to complete/sign waiver.

Important: Please remember you have up to 4 days prior to your sail date to purchase your regular shore excursions online. If you are within the 4 days, you will then need to purchase your shore excursions onboard; land excursions would need to be purchased directly through your Tour Director on the land portion of the Alaska Cruisetour. For example, if you are sailing on October 18, you can make Shore & Land Excursion purchases online until October 13.
