Following lunch, return to city to visit Hermitage Museum. Discover Russia's largest art museum with over 2 million art pieces, housed in 4 buildings. Note: must walk approx 3.6 kms over gravel paths, cobblestones & even surfaces with approx 200+ steps in Peterhof & 120 steps over 2 floors in Hermitage. Shoe covers must be worn in Peterhof Palace. Older stations are richly decorated & new ones are simple, modern but not less impressive. Leave Metro at one Central Stations & follow guide to Kuznechny Food Market. Enjoy exploring variety of fare and atmosphere. Next, board coach & visit restaurant for cup of tea. Note: must walk approx 0.5 mile over uneven and cobblestone surfaces with approx 40 - 60 steps.
