Taste of Scotland - Glengoyne Distillery, GE16, Glasgow (Greenock), Scotland
On arrival, you will be welcomed in the reception room, overlooking the dam, glen and waterfall, with a dram of Glengoyne single malt whisky. Whilst enjoying your dram, there is a short explanatory video describing the distillery and the processes in making malt whisky. You are then taken on an entertaining tour of the distillery. A light-hearted & entertaining 'nosing competition' follows where, using new found skills, you can further increase whisky knowledge. Browse in small shop selling before return to Greenock. Note: Participants must be 18 years of age to sample whisky. Please take photo id with you. Must walk approx 0.5 mile over various surfaces with steps.

If you are within the 4 days, you will then need to purchase your shore excursions onboard; land excursions would need to be purchased directly through your Tour Director on the land portion of the Alaska Cruisetour. For example, if you are sailing on October 18, you can make Shore & Land Excursion purchases online until October 13.
