Jewish Heritage Tour, WS08, Stockholm, Sweden
You will start off with a walk in the Old Town and as you wander with your guide, you will learn more about which role this part of the city played in Jewish History in Stockholm. Afterwards you will visit The Great synagogue, built in "oriental" style, seats 900 people and is an official national historical building, an edifice landmark, built in 1870 and one of the very few remaining synagogues in Europe which was built before World War II. After the visit to the synagogue you will visit the Holocaust Monument, where a memorial to the victims of the Holocaust is engraved on the wall leading from the entrance of The Great Synagogue to the Jewish Community house.
