The tour starts by a short walk from your cruise ship to the boat pier, where you will embark the sail ship. By using the engine you will cruise for approximately 3 hours on a classic wooden sail ship. The skipper normally allows wind and weather to determine the route, but usually plans to drop anchor after a couple of hours, when food is served; a traditional Norwegian prawn buffet (Prawn «naturelle», lemon, mayonnaise, bread and butter).

This tour is designed for those guests who would like to enjoy a scenic panoramic tour from the comforts of a coach. You will stop for photos only. There are no interior visits. Pass the 13th-century Akershus Fortress. Continuing toward the city center a photo stop will be made at the brand new Opera, inaugurated in 2008. The tour proceeds onto the two main streets of Oslo, Stortingsgate and Karl Johan, passing Parliament Building and the oldest part of the university. You will see the Royal Palace, current residence of the Royal Family, before continuing in westerly direction past Vigeland Sculpture Park. You will visit the viewpoint at Holmenkollen to enjoy the view.
