Introducing a culinary extravaganza that you will find absolutely delicious. Celebrity Cruises, which has been consistently recognized for its spectacular dining experience, and Bon Appétit, one of the world's foremost culinary magazines, have once again teamed up to take you on a memorable culinary voyage. Both already celebrate a world of great taste, award-winning cuisine and a love for sharing outstanding dining experiences with others. And this December, Guest Chef Marc Murphy will come aboard Celebrity Solstice to bring it all together. Chef Murphy, renowned for his mastery of rustic French and Italian dishes, currently serves as Executive Chef for three popular New York City restaurants that he personally owns and operates.

It's all happening on the Celebrity Solstice, departing December 13, 2009 to sail through the ports of the Caribbean. We'll be serving special custom dishes inspired by Chef Murphy in addition to the traditional menu served in our main dining room. So prepare for a series of culinary demonstrations, enrichment lectures, shore excursions, recipe contests and surprises that will make this one of our most talked-about cruise ever.
