Our Excite the Senses lifestyle book was the inspiration for this year’s theme cruises. Featuring over 260 recipes from our most popular restaurants and bars onboard, the book also has sections detailing how to host parties at home in true Celebrity style.

Led by members of the Celebrity Culinary Team and our wine and spirits partners, you’ll come away with a heightened appreciation for the artistry of cooking, entertaining, and eating.
2013 Excite the Senses Culinary Theme Cruise dates and hosts are:
- • July 14 – 7-night Bermuda cruise on Celebrity Summit®, roundtrip from Cape Liberty, Bayonne, NJ, hosted by Celebrity Chefs Steve Van Der Merwe, Dominique Gamba, and Rufino Rengifo, along with Trevor Burnett from Barcardi and Larry O’Brien of Jackson Family Wines.
- • August 2 – 7-night Alaska cruise on Celebrity Millennium®, sailing from Vancouver, British Columbia, to Seward, Alaska, is hosted by Celebrity Chefs Thierry Houlbert, Dominique Gamba, and Rufino Rengifo. Activities will be centered around culinary exploration.
- • October 20 – 12-night Mediterranean cruise on Celebrity EquinoxSM, roundtrip from Barcelona, Spain. Hosted by Celebrity Chefs Thomas Szymanski, John Suley, Dominique Gamba, and Ronald Sioson along with Gilian Handleman of Jackson Family Wines and Junior Merino, "The Liquid Chef," who will speak on mixology.
