Waives the non-refundable cancellation provision of your cruise ticket contract and pays you the value of the unused portion of your prepaid cruise vacation in the event that you or your traveling companion need to cancel your cruise vacation (for specified reasons). In addition, should you or your traveling companion need to cancel your cruise for "any other reason", you may be eligible for Cruise Credits. Brought to you by Celebrity Cruises*.
Guests must cancel their cruise prior to departure and must request a refund through the program administrator to be eligible for cash reimbursement or future cruise credits, as applicable. Credits expire one year after the issue date, are nontransferable, and are not applicable to holiday or inaugural sailings. Credits have no cash value and, if applied to a booking of lesser value, will not result in a cash refund of any difference. Credits may not be used for deposits, only final payment, and can be used only on the cruise brand originally booked. Only original copies of credit letters will be accepted; copies or altered letters may not be used.

CruiseCare "Any Reason" Cruise Credits
In the event that you choose to cancel for a reason not authorized above or for a reason that is otherwise restricted, at any time up until departure, and you have purchased CruiseCare, Celebrity Cruises will provide you with a cruise credit equal to 75% of the non-refundable value (excluding Celebrity’s ChoiceAir®) of your Cruise Vacation prepaid to Celebrity Cruises, for your use toward a future cruise.

Trip Delay Up to $500
If you miss the departure of your trip due to carrier-caused delays or other covered reasons, the plan reimburses you for additional accommodations, meals and "catch-up" transportation expenses.
If your baggage or personal property is lost, stolen, or damaged, the plan will cover up to $1,500. If your bags are delayed or misdirected for more than 24 hours, the plan will reimburse you up to $500 for the purchase of necessary personal items.
Medical Expenses Up To $10,000
Should you become injured or sick during your vacation, the plan will reimburse you for necessary medical expenses for up to one year from the date of your accident or illness. This coverage is especially important, as Medicare and many private vacation protection policies generally do not cover you outside of the U.S. or Canada, and many HMOs do not cover you outside their provider area.
Emergency Evacuation Up To $25,000
In the event that a covered illness or injury requires air or ground transportation to a specialized facility or to return home, the plan provides for covered medical services and supplies (coordinated by our 24-hour Assistance provider, to help ensure your safe transport).
This plan provides insurance coverage that applies only during the covered trip. You may have coverage from other sources that provides you with similar benefits but may be subject to different restrictions depending upon your other coverages. You may wish to compare the terms of this policy with your existing life, health, home and automobile policies. If you have any questions about your current coverage, call your insurer, insurance agent or broker.

The plan cost is fully refundable if you are canceling outside of Celebrity Cruise's published penalty period. Prices are subject to change without notice. The plan cost may be paid at any time from deposit up to and including final payment; however, the CruiseCare Cancellation and Interruption Penalty Waiver takes effect only upon payment of the plan cost in addition to any required cruise deposit. Payment of your cruise fare deposit amount without the plan cost will not activate this program.

It's true. Vacation days go faster than normal days. That's why you might want to think about adding a few days. You can spend some time exploring your departure or arrival port a little longer. We have different packages for one, two or three nights. And they all include hotel accommodations, porterage and transfers. Just to make sure your extra days really feel like vacation days.

How about a private car or van arrangement for you and your travel companions? With the Private Arrangements program, available in over 23 ports in Europe, you'll enjoy the ultimate in flexibility. You'll have a car or van with a driver for a full day or half day, and you can even request a tour guide. Let them know exactly where you want to go. Just book online at least 4 days before your cruise.

Take your tour a step further. How about an itinerary geared to your own interests? Let us arrange for a private car or van and entrance tickets to the Vatican, the Coliseum, or the Ruins of Pompeii. So you're in port. Now what? Well you can stay on the ship or you can go on an excursion. There are lots of different ones to choose from in every port of call, From water sports to land adventures. To find one that's right for you, just search the different ports that you'll be stopping in. You'll see a description of each excursion including how long it will be, how much it will cost and the activity level. So you can decide which ones sound like something you always wanted to do, and hopefully the rest of your group will too. And, since many shore excursions sell out, it's a good idea to book them as soon as possible. That is, once you and your travel group agree on them!

Make sure you get pampered as much, and as often as possible.
What better way to relax and enjoy your cruise than with one of our Canyon Ranch SpaClub treatments? They range from massages to facials to detox wraps and body therapies. To make sure you get the treatments and times you want, you should make your appointment as soon as possible. To do this, you need to have booked your cruise reservation and made at least one payment towards your vacation.
One thing to keep in mind: you have up to 4 days prior to your sail date to book your spa treatments online. If you are within the 4 days, you will need to book your spa treatments on the ship.

If you choose Select Main Dining, you will eat in the main restaurant and order from its extensive menu, but you can decide what time you would like to eat-and the times can be different every day.
