This family of 15 varieties, are all found exclusively on the Galapagos Islands, bar one—the Cocos finch. The moniker, Darwin's Finches, refers to the fact that Charles Darwin first collected these birds on his second voyage to the islands, between 1831 and 1836.
Kicker Rock or León Dormido—is one of the Galapagos' most stunning landmarks and dive sites. The remains of a lava cone now split in two, this natural spectacle towers 140 meters above the sea.
