Day  1: Amsterdam, Netherlands

Amsterdam is an eclectic mix of old and new, historical charm and cosmopolitan flair. It's a blend of cultures, but still quintessentially Dutch. The people-watching is rewarding, and the quest for rich history is even more so. Take a boat tour along the canals to enjoy the distinct and beautiful personalities of the many bridges you'll see.

Day  2: At Sea

As an AquaClass® guest, you can enjoy Blu, your own exclusive restaurant for breakfast and dinner. If the concept of "spa restaurant" causes you or your significant other to think you'll never see a steak or a rich dessert on the menu, that is definitely not the case. The cuisine at Blu is simply an imaginative way of preparing popular dishes without fussiness or pretense. Tender steak is served with a flavorful truffle vinaigrette instead of a heavy béarnaise. We call it "clean cuisine."

Day  3: Rostock (Berlin), Germany

At one time sequestered behind the Iron Curtain, Rostock has now opened its arms to visitors from throughout the world, making it the perfect access point for the excitement and cosmopolitan feel of Berlin.

Day  4: At Sea

The open kitchen provides its own bit of theatre, night and day. Stop by whenever you wish; Bistro on Five is open from six o'clock in the morning until late at night. The friendly, open nature of Bistro on Five is reflected by the chefs. Whether you need a fast breakfast before a shore excursion or a relaxing lunch after you've returned, the service at Bistro on Five is as quick as you need it to be. The attentive waitstaff will introduce you to the globally inspired crêpes on the menu and the panini, soups, salads and desserts that are featured as well.

Stockholm, Sweden

Day  5: Stockholm, Sweden

No fewer than 50 bridges connect this Swedish capital's 14 islands to its mainland. Visit the many parks, museums, and palaces or make your way through Gamla Stan, or Old Town, packed with historic buildings, shops, and cafés.

Helsinki, Finland

Day  6: Helsinki, Finland

Occupying a peninsula and several islands, this capital city's stunning structures surround some of the most spectacular bays you could ever hope to find. Stroll down broad, tree-lined streets, or take in the amazing neo-classically designed architecture in Senate Square.

Day  7: St. Petersburg, Russia

Although reportedly built to resemble such Western cities as London, Paris, and Vienna, one look at St. Petersburg's regal palaces and vast public squares is enough to tell you that it is truly in a class of its own. If you're fortunate enough to be in St. Petersburg in June, revel in the city's famous "white nights," when the boundless night sky is never completely dark.

Tallinn has remained remarkably unchanged since its founding in 1154 A.D. The preservation of this city's Old World charm enables visitors to enjoy architectural marvels of centuries past, such as the soaring towers of Toompea Castle and the exquisite Russian Orthodox Cathedral. The exception is the delightfully modern pink Parliament building, visible from Palace Square.

If personalized Concierge service, priority check-in and early disembarkation appeal to you, Concierge Class is your clear choice.

Copenhagen, Denmark

Day  11: Copenhagen, Denmark

Whether strolling through blooming flowers in Tivoli Gardens, witnessing the changing of the guard at Amalienborg Palace or touring Kronborg Castle-the setting of Shakespeare's Hamlet- it's easy to see why this once-humble fishing village grew to become the capital of Denmark.
