Breast Cancer Research Foundation
In our goal to make a difference, we're glad to be partners with The Breast Cancer Research Foundation® (BCRF) and join in their mission. With an efficient, genuine, and global focus, BCRF funds innovative clinical and translational research worldwide directed towards preventing - and ultimately curing - breast cancer in our lifetime. Their approach to achieving their goals is inspiring, and we’re proud to support their efforts. Together, we're working to further BCRF's success in changing the lives of so many people - and changing the world.
Ship Godmothers
Since the launch of Celebrity Solstice® in 2008, our newest ships' godmothers have each been breast cancer survivors – real women who have accomplished great things and who have not let the disease define them. This is one reason we've chosen these inspirational women as the godmothers of our award-winning Solstice® Class ships.
Celebrity Freedance
Onboard programs like Celebrity Freedance give you a way to help support life-saving research in a fun, engaging way that celebrates your vacation. Join the Cruise Director's staff and learn a choreographed dance routine to be performed during your cruise. Purchase a Celebrity Freedance class with t-shirt onboard, and $10 goes to The Breast Cancer Research Foundation.
More Donations to BCRF
On each voyage of Celebrity Solstice®, Celebrity EquinoxSM, and Celebrity Eclipse®, the Corning Museum of Glass Hot Glass Show gaffers will create and auction glass art with 100% of the winning auction bid going to The Breast Cancer Research Foundation. We also donate $3 of the $4 price of each non-alcoholic pink cocktail, Sparkling Rose, sold and $2 from the sale of every Excite the Senses lifestyle book to BCRF during select times of the year.
